On a land plot area of about 142,800 m2, the project comprises residential units, entertainment and service facilities, and a shared basement parking below every set of apartment blocks. Infrastructure works include a potable water supply network from the municipality pipeline, feeding the combined water & firefighting local tank (1,600 m3); water distribution network (total pipes' length: 4,000 m; diameters range: 32-200 mm); firefighting loop network (average pipes length: 1,500 m; diameters range: 160-250 mm); gravity collection system (average pipes length: 3,400 m; diameters range: 160-500 mm); irrigation water supply system from the municipality pipeline, feeding the local irrigation tank (550 m3); irrigation loop

Networks (average pipes length: 17,650 m; diameters range: 32-160 mm); and a solid waste collection system.

R5 Zone is an integrated residential project stretching over an area of 985 feddans within the New Capital, divided into four neighborhoods: 19th Century Western Architecture, Modern Architecture, Villas, and Towers; as well as a neighborhood predominantly earmarked for commercial and administrative use.

OPERA HOUSE IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL

Over a plot area of 100 feddans, and with a total built-up area of 100,000 m², the opera house comprises a main opera hall (2,500 seats) equipped with state-of the-art technologies; Small theatre comprising two halls (750 seats); arts museum with a total built-up area of 8,000 m²; and a main library with a built-up area of 10,000 m² .
