house comprises a main opera hall (2,500 seats) equipped with state-of the-art technologies;
Small theatre comprising two halls (750 seats); arts museum with a total
built-up area of 8,000 m²; and a main library with a built-up area of 10,000 m²

The Opera House
also includes Galleries, an arts center, open theatre (accommodating 7,000
spectators), and a surface parking area for 2,500 cars. Infrastructure works
include a potable water network; firefighting Network; combined sewage and
storm drainage networks; irrigation network; a subsurface network; and storage
tanks
